When you are selling real estate, Michelle will:

• discuss the terms of the contract with you;
• order the title commitment, survey, termite inspection, and anything else that the contract requires the seller to provide;
• make certain that title is clear so that the matter can be closed;
• prepare any and all necessary closing documents;
• request any documents necessary to clear title;
• monitor the buyer's loan process;
• schedule closing;
• and attend the closing and take care of all matters necessary at the closing.

Purchase of Real Estate
When you are purchasing real estate, Michelle will:

• prepare and/or review your contract for the purchase of your real estate;
• review the title commitment from the seller with regard to the real estate that is being purchased;
• address any inspection issues that may arise in connection with your home inspection;
• monitor your loan process to make certain that you have your firm loan commitment in place by the date called for in the contract or request an extension, if necessary;
• schedule closing;
• attend the closing;
• review all mortgage documents at the closing, and all documents provided by the seller to you;
• confirm that you have clear title, and a recordable deed;
• and address any other issues that may arise at closing so that your purchase may be completed.
